Susan is a Master Equine Gestaltist and Equine Assisted Playshop Facilitator at Connection And Synergy, LLC. She knows how making connections with doctors can help the patient by being a caregiver for her husband for five-and-one half years, a breast cancer survivor, and being the daughter of the only doctor in a small rural community. She has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in healthcare. The Gestalt process helped her to see how self-care helped her husband and herself. She formed a deeper connection with her husband and the doctors. She is now a Master Equine Gestaltist who is ready to help you help your patients on a deeper level and have a more fulfilling life.Susan has been a cowgirl since she was 5 years old when her grandfather gave her a pony. She was also raised in a small community where her father was the only daughter. She worked in the business helping her father. Years later she became a caregiver for her husband as well as a patient during her own breast cancer treatment. She works with supporting family caregivers as well as doctor's to create stronger relationships with their patients and more balance in their lives.
