Crystal Watson since establishing Noir Unicorn has had panel and group discussions in around Los Angeles on hot button  social topics that young professional African-Americans are talking about: Queens vs Bad B***hes,  Why some Black men and Women only date white women or men, Being Black Educated in living in America, Ferguson, College debt and many more issues that today's young black professionals are concerned about. We have her on the show today because she is doing the community such a service by bringing the young black professionals together to have the discussions that everyone is having privately but not publicly,but how can we expect to change anything if we only talking amongst are ourselves and not our community.
