Jackie Trottmann heard her pastor give a sermon about prayer that's when she realized that she was talking at God not talking to God. In this video she gives ways to take prayer into meditation.She turns to getting into the words of Jesus now because she wants to hear what he is saying to her. Jackie conducts a workshop for men that teaches them to heal from past hurts,  Father issues and more. The workshop encourages them to begin an inward journey. Jackie says it's hard for men to be vulnerable, she teaches them to connect to God through contemplative prayer.
