We discuss a Ted Talk she gave at TEDxKids@ElCajon in 2019, the importance of the RIASEC, and how that is impacting her education experience and how she is preparing for her future. We are also joined by Amanda Plocinski, an instructional coach at Montgomery Middle School. She discusses her role supporting teachers, implementing the World of Work into the classroom, and how it can provide students with a common language as they navigate their path through middle school and beyond.
