Spring cleaning isn’t just something that you do for your home. It’s also something that you can do for your mindset.(And guess what — you don’t have to wait for spring in order to get started.)Mindset work is ALWAYS ongoing. It isn’t a “set it and forget it” type of deal. If you want to continue to grow, evolve, and improve, it’s important to consciously return to this internal work (even if it’s just for a quick finetuning!).
