Here is a fun piece of information. The sales of robots from the beginning of 2022 has gone up 40%. Which means a lot of jobs are going to be replaced by robots. The healthcare industry has come to people with experience and expertise and told them, we want you to come and help us out. We don't want to hire the younger employee anymore, they have bad work habits, they don't put in a full day, and they feel they are owed something. Right now a lot of older more seasoned experienced people are being asked to come back into the work place. This is not a good message of the new graduates who have become woke in thought, where it is all about them and no one else.
