Dave McPherson is the Associate Pastor at the historical first Baptist church of Tulsa in Oklahoma. He oversees adult ministry and coaches much of the staff. He serves on the BIVO Pastors Conference planning team for OK Baptists and the Tulsa Metro Baptist Network TMBN. Dave has seen his groups ministry at two very different churches grow to as high as 120% of their people in a group.
