In this video I touch upon the controversy of faith without works and works based on
a true saving faith which I refer to as a "dynamic" faith.
Many people think they only need to believe or have a faith in Jesus but scripture teaches
that a person may "say he has faith" but if he has no works James asks, can that faith save him?
The answer is no. It can not save him. Therefore a Christian must have good works to get into heaven.
James 2:14-21 explains faith and works.
God knows those that are His. He doesn't need to see our good works to identify a true believer but
people do need to see our good works because they can not see our faith apart from our works.
This is why James says "show me your faith without your works and I'll show you my faith by my works."
Works are either good or evil depending on what kind of faith they proceed from.
