We talk about common symptoms of menopause that client's may present with, how to discuss this normal hormonal change within a woman's lifespan and why exercise is crucial to manage menopausal changes. They share experiences of working with women perimenopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal and how opening up the conversation to keep women informed can optimise her health.
