Will and I are friends from training and competing on the US National Team. He is an ordained minister and the rector of the First Christ Episcopal Church in Redding, CT and continues to train at a pretty intense level, competing in Ironman competitions and Ultramarathons. I asked Will to be on the podcast because of his very active spiritual and physical life. We reminisce a little about rowing, but mainly he shared beautiful insights about resilience, his role in the church, and how moving allows him to turn off his active mind and listen to the voice of the divine.
