We talk to Gestur Palmason, top cop and leadership development coach in Iceland.  Gestur is currently leading a response team doing C-19 contact tracing in Iceland.  With a population of 365k people Gestur and the task force he works with are mobilising the country in tracking, isolating and managing those infected with the virus through the various stages of the infection.  In his normal life as a leadership development coach Gesture is moving people and teams who operate in high pressure environments to a different level of performance.  He works with many of the local corporates and shares a perspective of how the current lockdown will play out for iceland with a shift towards collective values and a planetary focus.  We explore the ideas of the cross border collective, co-operation between state and citizens in allowing what information they share and the importance of taking time for yourself.
