This Sunday we continued our sermon series entitled “Fear or Faith?” Lessons from the life of Joshua.
Fear can overwhelm and dissuade us from doing what God wants us to do. Cam encouraged us to combat fear by faith, remembering that that God has a plan for us and knows what's good for us and noting that we also find courage when encouraged by others. "Be strong and courageous, don't be afraid or discouraged for the Lord God will be with you wherever you may go." - Joshua 1:9. What a great encouragement to step out in faith and trust God despite our fears! Emmanuel - God is with us!
