In this week’s episode Nicole and Alana discuss various relationships as a competitor, because a contest prep can certainly make them more challenging. Whether it be a lack of support or understanding, finding it difficult to balance prep and friendships, intimate time with your partner, low libido, not being able to partake in social meals, etc - there are many factors that can affect relationships whilst in a prep.
At the end of the day, we all want to have that support bubble and community around us when we achieve our goal of stepping on stage, but contest prep isn’t an excuse to neglect those around you.
