This is the final podcast in season one. Our next season will be dealing with strategies, the long term thought processes to help a Church go in the right direction.We all know that relationships are important, but how do we get them to grow and become strong? One of the best ways is to give them time. Time helps living things to grow. In this episode we urge you to put relational events on your church calendar.  Importance of these events cannot be overstated. It is often difficult to calendar relational time because we put so much value on preaching and teaching the word. In this episode I urge you to resist the temptation always send people home right away so they can come back for more teaching.  Building a church that is strong relationally will pay great dividends in the future.
