Sipho Madonsela has been serving a life sentence since 2001 for the alleged murder of Dumezweni Innocent Ndlovu,a man who is still alive. The shocking revelation surfaced during a victim-offender dialogue at Pietermaritzburg New Prison, where Ndlovu came face to face with Madonsela and confirmed he had never met him before, nor had he ever been stabbed.
