In December of 2021, Alisa had a total knee replacement. At age 59 and as a female Alisa knew that she was in a tough category for recovery after this surgery. And that proved to be correct. No ability to bend past 90º about a month after the surgery. Alisa was stuck by January 2022. And, to boot, she was absolutely terrified to have an MUA (manipulation under anesthesia). The situation was getting serious. Knee Replacement and then Rapid Scar Tissue.
