-4 lbs of Wild Game
-1 lb of Pork Fat
-4 tbsp Garlic Powder
-2 tbsp Onion Powder
-6 tbsp Guajillo Chile Powder
-1 Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped
-8 tbsp Red Chile powder
-4 tbsp Smoked Paprika
-4 tbsp Dried Oregano
-1 tbsp Ground Cumin
-1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
-1 tbsp Salt
