Tynae Richardson is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist with 20+ combined years of experience in Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resources & DEI. Helping Non-Profit, Governmental Agencies, Educational Institutions and Fortune 500 Organizations;


develop strategies to break down systemic barriers to belonging, inclusion and human respect. Tynae is a proud MSU graduate, a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator, and a Certified Professional in Human Resources. She serves as a mentor at GVSU Seidman College of Business to up and coming professionals.
While Tynae is passionate about elevating the voices of all people from all walks of life in the marketplace, you will come to know that she is even more passionate to awaken individuals to walk boldly in their God identity. Her mantra is Ephesians 2:20, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Tynae and her husband Gregory T. Richardson II are the proud parents of two colleague-age children Gregory III, Sophomore attending the University of Kentucky and Gabirelle, Freshman playing volleyball at Oral Roberts University!
