Season 3 opens up with Strength and Run Coach Benjamin Saah. Ben Saah holds a degree in Electrical Engineering but currently is a Running Coach and Personal Trainer with New York Road Runners. He has run various distances from 1 mile races to 40 mile races, with his biggest feat to date running 22 marathons in 22 weeks in 2019.
