National Physical Therapy Appreciation Month continues with our fifth and final guest for the month of October Michael Kleinburd. Kleinburd graduated from the University of Delaware in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Biology. While at Delaware, he was involved with intramural sports such as soccer, baseball, bowling and tennis. Upon graduating from U of D, Michael earned his masters and doctoral degree from SUNY Downstate Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. He then went on to become a Clinical and Regional Director who has been an integral part of the Jag-One team for over 20 years. He provides innovative treatments for a wide range of physical therapy conditions with a focus on orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Over the past two years, he began to develop and lead our At-Home Physical Therapy Program which continues to grow throughout our company in NY, NJ and PA. He holds certifications as a Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute Specialist, certified kinesiotape practitioner and is an active member of the Orthopedic section of the APTA. Outside of his work life, Michael loves traveling with his wife and two boys. Michael also loves watching his local sports teams, the Mets, Giants, Rangers and Knicks. His other interests include playing golf and being a member of his crossfit gym.
