Listen "Getting Back On Track"
Episode Synopsis
Once a huge event happens in life, how do you get back on track?
I've often had this issue.
A big event I hold immense importance to suddenly happens, and I struggle to get back to the rhythm I was in a couple weeks prior to the event.
Oftentimes this sucks and leads to a lot of wastage of time on my part, but it also leads to some chance moments of personal growth.
Here is one of these such moments.
Topics: why we use the past to influence our future, the negative loop of a pessimistic workflow, and why listen to people you admire.
Here's the podcast I was talking about in the 3rd topic I listed above...

It's long, but so eye opening.
