The panel convened by Minister Barbara Creecy has been set up to consider sustainable use issues. In defiance, many organizations and conservation leaders refused the late request to join the panel. We talk to Cormac Cullinan, an environmental lawyer and member of the IUCN Environmental Law Commission, about why he refused the invitation to join.Kaziranga National Park in India is experiencing extreme flooding.
