This episode is titled Greenland in the New Arctic. The Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs recently published an extensive report with a detailed analysis of the current relationship between Greenland and Iceland with 99 recommendations on how to strenghten the cooperation even further. In this event Iceland‘s Former Minister for Foreign Affairs and chairman of the committee that delivered the report, Össur Skarphéðinsson, discusses the publication and answers questions from the audience. The dialogue originally took place on February 22nd 2021 on Arctic Circle‘s online media platform, Arctic Circle VIRTUAL and was moderated by Halla Hrund Logadóttir, co-founder and co-director of the Arctic Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School.Arctic Circle is the largest network of international dialogue and cooperation on the future of the Arctic.
