Satan's kingdom is in the natural, but the Lord's kingdom is in the spirit. Therefore since we come into the world being introduced to all things natural it becomes hard for the way of God to be accepted because his ways are all spiritual.  Everything that a human being learn's between birth and death is contaminated with lies. The Lord will join a couple together, not to be husband and wife, but for both to be a bride unto him while at the same time of deeply loving each other.  True love is God expressing love unto himself, and the true marriage is Christ (the bridegroom) and the church (his bride).
