Does what we watch really affect us?
In Matthew 6:22-23, this is what it says, “the eye is the lamp of the body, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light and if your eye is unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness.” 
The Truth says this. God says this. And as we have seen, when God is saying something in the Word of God, it is for our benefit from His goodness, that we listen and pay attention.
Throughout this episode, I talk on one of my biggest struggles and the freedom that God brought into my life, when I simply surrendered and allowed God to give me new perspective and revelation of this scripture. Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy!
