When we declare a new path, a new intention and we are not immediately aligned with it. The Universe will create a breakdown, a period of deconstruction in our current reality so as to make room and usher in a new way of being. Sometimes these breakdowns crush people, defeat them and they give up. The spiritual path is wrought with breakdowns and breakthroughs which are on the other side of the breakdown.
