This week we are joined by Varsha Vasant from RMJM. She is an architect with six years of experience in the Architecture industry in Dubai. She has recognized for her contributions to many projects. Key elements to her success have been, her enthusiasm, passion & soft skills. She thrives in think tanks and collaborative environments. Varshas life experiences have helped her in keeping calm and resilient in times of stress. She is consistently driven by every opportunity to learn/grow and believes this is a mindset that has to be exercised into being. Varsha can also be loosely described as a jack of all trades. Someone who is open and willing to explore new things constantly. She's dives passionately head deep into just about anything she's doing whether that is architecture, design, art, music or movies.
