Listen "Tim Bice on Installing Elders"
Episode Synopsis
The biblical precedence of elders leading our churches is clear. Good elders add value and are a gift to those they serve. It’s difficult to have a healthy church without healthy leaders, which is why the vetting process must not be careless. Installing unqualified men may lead to harm for all involved. Getting this right is crucial for leaders and churches.
Today we hear from Tim Bice, lead teaching pastor of Greenbriar Church in Albany, Georgia. Tim planted Greenbriar in 2008. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Liberty University.
