Dr. Heather Quaile joins Bruce to talk about trauma-informed care (TIC) and why it’s important for people to receive TIC whenever they visit a health care provider. A TIC approach means that providers understand the implications of traumatic events on patients and work to create a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
