In what seems to be a cruel and unforgiving world, we as human beings have had to employ a few strategies here and there in order to survive. One of these strategies being hiding ourselves under numerous layers of masks as a means to feel accepted, love and part of something.
In this episode, join me as I talk about the masks we wear as human beings to survive and why that is often feels safer than sharing our real selves to the world.
