Here is today's communion meditation.
The other day was Purim, which is a reminder that in Christ the tables have turned, and God has given us mastery over our enemies. Esther 9:1 says, "On the very day when the enemies of the Jews hoped to gain the mastery over them, the reverse occurred (the tables were turned): the Jews gained mastery over those who hated them."
And Colossians 2:13-15 says, "He forgave us all our sins, 14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross."
The law and our sin used to stand against us or oppose us, but the tables have turned, God is on our side, and we have upper hand. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand how in Christ he has turned the tables and to help us walk in this revelation. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Health is a charge or frequency. A healthy body vibrates at a high frequency. If you look at the phrase above from Colossians 2:14 it says the CHARGE against us has been cancelled and nailed to the cross. Think of this charge like negative energy that has been cancelled. Let's turn the tables in our health and walk in the positive charge of health.
