Good morning,
This is the day the Lord has made, let's rejoice in it and make today a masterpiece!
Today is Speak Life Saturday (The Faith Accelerator)

Focus on speaking life today... With the words that you speak and the tone you speak with. 
Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 
Let your speech always be seasoned with grace.

We are currently in the 40 Days of Teshuva. These are the 40 days that lead up to the Day of Atonement ( October 2nd). 
I think of the Day of Atonement as a major deadline for the year. It was considered the holiest day of the year in the Jewish culture because it was the one day of the year when the high priest could make atonement for the sins of the people. So a huge push was made to take action and get everything righted before this day. 
Here are some things to be taking action on in this season:

Are there any relationships that need to be reconciled?
Does anything need to be paid or caught up financially?
What projects need to be finished?
Is there anything you have been procrastinating on?  

One thing about deadlines is that whenever you approach a deadline it will feel like time slows down, which allows you to get more done in less time. 
God wants to show you in this season how much he can do in a short window of time. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us speak life today and to take action in this season the way he desires.
