Here is today's communion meditation.
Yesterday we talked about James 3:17 which says, " But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere."
Wisdom from above is first of all pure, it purifies our heart, motives, and desires.
While thinking about this I was reminded of Revelation 21:21 which talks about heaven and says, "The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of gold, as pure as transparent glass."
Purity creates clarity and transparency. The wisdom that comes from above is pure and creates clarity and transparency. 
In today's communion we are asking God for wisdom that comes from above that purifies and creates clarity and transparency
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Lately I've been doing a lot of "exersnacks," which are short 2-5 minute workouts that are sprinkled in throughout the day. Every time we exercise it sends signals to the body. So by exercising more frequently we can send more frequent signals or commands to the body to adapt and improve.
