This month our message is, "Reset Your Position."
When we take our position in the light and in love that's where we find all of the good things God has given us. 
And we access our position in the light by faith.
To be in faith means that we are not wavering or doubting... we are decisive and confident.
James 1:6 says, "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
In today's communion we are asking God to help us be decisive and confident in our faith with nothing wavering. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
When you do heavier strength exercises your muscles must commit to the movement. One of the best ways to grow in strength is to firm up your confidence with medium heavier weights.
