One of my daughters is in my middle school and we have been talking about how to handle those times (which seem to happen a lot in middle school) when other people are not so kind. I told her that the only way I have found to put a stop to it is to respond by doing something good for them, which is very counterintuitive. If we retaliate it just adds fuel to the fire, and if we do nothing it will continue. 
1 Peter 3:9 says "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing."
When we bless those who wrong us it turns the tables, and we inherit a blessing. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us walk in blessing others continually so that we inherit a blessing. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
Just a reminder today to be consistent. Even when it's not convenient show up with presence and bring your best.
