Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.

 We've been talking about how Jesus was exalted to God's right hand and how we are to set our hearts and minds on the things above.
This is part of resetting our frequency.
Psalm 149:6 says, " May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a double-edged sword in their hands."
Notice that this verse references not just praise.... but HIGH praise. Praising for the things above, and the double edged sword of God's word in our hands. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us be filled with high praise for him. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
The hands are made to secure things. Whenever you are gripping a handle or weight, grip it firmly.
