Good morning!
Here is today's communion meditation.

Revelation 14:13 says, "Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”
The phrase, " Their deeds will follow them," really stands out to me.
I think of this kind of like investing into things that compound and earn passive income.
The good things that we do will keep working and compounding even when we are resting. 
In today's communion we are asking God to teach us about this verse and help us keep doing good even when we don't see the fruit right away. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
It takes stringing together a lot of good meals and workouts to see true transformation. It doesn't happen right away, and there can be the tendency to give up too early before your deeds have had the chance to compound. If you are doing the right things.... Keep going because it's just a matter of time before your deeds follow along.
