Here is today's communion meditation.
Our message for July is, " Being Bold Leads to God's Best."
2 Corinthians 3:10-12 says, "For what was glorious has no glory now in comparison with the surpassing glory. 11 And if what was transitory came with glory, how much greater is the glory of that which lasts!12 Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold."
This passage of scripture refers to the Old Covenant and the glory that was fading on the face of Moses compared to the glory that we have in the New Covenant, a glory that is better and truly lasts. And because of the hope we have in the New Covenant we can be very bold. 
In today's communion we are asking God to help us understand the hope that we have in this New Covenant, so that we can be bold. 
Today's Health and Fitness Tip
A big part of hope is staying encouraged. Getting discouraged is one of the biggest things that can steal your results. I have seen it over and over in the gym that when people start to get discouraged, they throw away their hope of a better future and start letting their good habits slide. Keeping ourselves encouraged and stirred up is an important part of results in anything we do.
