Listen "A Fitting and Orderly Way"

This month our challenge is to connect on a new level... With God, our purpose, our loved ones, and community.
This week we are connecting Spirit, soul, and physical body with 10 minutes each day of combining journaling, listening to music, praying in the Spirit, and physical movement all at the same time.
Lately the word "fitting," seems to keep standing out to me.
The other day we talked about how fitting it is to praise God(Psalm 147:1). And yesterday we looked at Proverbs 10:32 which says, "The lips of the righteous know what is fitting."
Today we are looking at 1 Corinthians 14:40 which says everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way.
As we connect spirit, soul, and body each day I think it helps us fit everything together in a seamless beautiful way.
Today's communion is a time of gratitude that God is a God of order and peace. And we are asking him to help us do everything in a fitting and orderly way.
Today's Health/Fitness Tip
The order of our exercises in our workouts makes a big difference. There is a pattern in the Bible which says, "Be strong and do the work." I try to follow this pattern when designing workouts. After warming up it is usually best to start with strength focused exercises because they wake up and activate the body, which makes it easier to do the work.
