We can assume that he was a man that LACED EM' UP on the daily and lived faithful to God. Jesus doesn't specifically say to lace them up but when you read between the lines of of what he says in Luke 9:23 it reads "If you want to be my follower, (As you walk out of the tunnel and into the bright lights) you must turn from it being about you, turn from your selfish ways, (be about the name on the front and not the back) take up your cross DAILY  (Lace em' up DAILY) and FOLLOW ME." Let's go!Let's roll!How do you LACE EM' UP each day?
