These blue zones are places on this earth where there exist "centenarians" which are people who have lived longer than 100 years. What has been found through decades of research on these centenarians and their habits, diet, exercise and sleep patters is that the real difference in them and most others is not necessarily what they do but WHO they do it with. In this episode, we look into how God not only says "it is NOT GOOD for man to be alone..." but the dangers that exist in loneliness and isolation. The book of Ecclesiastes seems to have a solution to all of this in 4:9-11.
