As you may already know, we specialize in telling food stories in Edmonton, Alberta, and we’ve produced a whole series of podcast episodes in the first season. But in this season, That's Food producer Sophia Yang tried something different, and technically a tricky way of storytelling. As someone who works in the food industry in this extraordinary time, Sophia is a hundred percent sure things have changed in our food scene.
