It turns out he was arranging to get a tiny home from his brother so he and Zoe can move in together and start planning a family like she hoped. Logan also convinces Zoe's boss to give her the job after all. Zoe is touched by Logan's gesture to ensure her happiness after their argument. They make up and are excited to start building their future, even though Zoe can't move in for months.
