Yes, I do agree with that statement. Yet, fishing is one of those sports that is not completely dependent on the skill of the angler. There are things that affect fish that make it harder to catch them. As a sequel to one of the first episodes of the Tenkara Cast, Daniel talks about other excuses you may use when you're not catching fish.
