In this episode, we are meeting Jaana-Kristiina Alakoski, along the Thames, near London Bridge.
Jaana-Kristiina Alakoski (b. 1992, Sweden) is a Swedish-Finnish artist working with her online presence, digital imagery, installation and durational performances. Her artistic practice has evolved from and is built around her smart phone camera, and now in large consists in photos and videos of her self as continuously submitted entries to a visual debate in social media, critically reflecting on a social game of contemporary photographic self representation - simultaneously as directly participating in it.
