training in martial arts over twenty years ago and has practiced multiple disciplines throughout her career as a martial artist. Sara transformed her passion into programs aimed at helping women, children, and the elderly learn self-defense.

Her experiences working closely with the planet, teaching others self-defense, and witnessing the radical weather swings on Earth culminated in the creation of The Changing Earth Series.
