Natali Mei is a doctor of psychology. Once consumed by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and multiple addictions, she has managed to overcome her mental problems with the help of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which led to her becoming a psychologist specializing in addiction relief.

She was born in Moscow but lived outside of Russia most of her life: in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the US (Miami). Now she travels the world and works with people online, providing help in overcoming destructive habits.

Natali's awareness of the addiction crisis in various countries worldwide made her write the book “Just Stop Addiction with Cognition," in which she shares her therapy tools and strategies on how to obtain happiness in life without doping.

Natali wants to spread the message that any addiction can be stopped with the power of one’s mind.
