Her career has taken her into roles ranging from teacher to consultant to executive across a variety of sectors and work environments. Across her winding career she has worked on shaping healthy organizational cultures and enabling leaders to be champions of inclusion. She has recently launched a new business called Fitrah Consulting, which offers innovative strategic consulting and coaching services to meet the demands of the complex world of work and life.
