Teenz Table Talk came from the idea of wanting to have an uncensored conversation around mental health, mental illness and what works for us. We knew we wanted to do something that made an impact and could reach more people. The more we talked, the more we realized we liked the idea of recording the conversations we were already having.

And if we're having these conversations, we knew there had to be other young people having these thoughts and conversations with their friends. From there, Teenz Table Talk was born!

We focus on having conversations that bring more than one perspective to the table. We believe that supporting each other and our community starts with a conversation, so that's what we're doing!
