Microsoft has its own Surface machines….but partners such as Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Samsung have all joined in. So what’s so special here? Microsoft says they feature computing power of more than 40 trillion operations per second, all day battery life and access to the most advanced AI models. For instance…the PCs will be capable of finding and remembering what you have seen using what Microsoft calls Recall and be able to generate AI images in near real time using Cocreator…and be able to translate audio from more than 40 languages into English with Live Captions.
